Welcome to QuantumLeap4Work, a social network providing a collaborative platform for discussion and research about the changing nature of work. It is an incubator for wiki-working and interconnectivity, facilitated by the tools of advancing technology. This is the place to come to share ideas, test new concepts and publish your work. QL4W is about self empowerment enriched by the knowledge that collaboration makes the work product deeper and more meaningful, yet at the same time understanding that it is your work and you should be recognised for it. We will provide you with a broad range of information to help form a more holistic definition of people place and work. We encourage our members to add material to the knowledge base but the site will be highly facilitated by the QL4W team to ensure we fulfil our promise. Saints go to Superbowl

Excuse me for a momentary diversion from the subject of Work but my homebase in America is NOLA New Orleans Louisiana where the American side of my family are located. The football team '' Saints" are going to the Supebowl ! This is such a momentous occasion that even the English side of the family are turning cartwheels. Go Saints!
